Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Our commitment

Scuba Manager (scuba-manager.com) is operated by PANCHENKOV & LAHAV Ο.Ε. (Cookie Tech), Voula, Greece, VAT EL802636558. We want everyone who runs or works at a dive centre to be able to use Scuba Manager, including people who use a keyboard only, screen magnification, a screen reader or other assistive technology.

Standard and status

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as our target. This is the level referenced by the European standard EN 301 549.

Scuba Manager is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. This means some parts do not yet fully meet the standard.

What we have done

On 24 October 2026 we reviewed Scuba Manager using:

  • automated accessibility checks;
  • manual keyboard-only navigation checks;
  • manual colour contrast checks.

Following that review we:

  • increased the colour contrast of the main action buttons and the footer text;
  • added a page heading, a single main landmark and labelled password buttons to the sign-in page;
  • added a "skip to main content" link on every page;
  • completed the Greek translation of the app's interface.

We have not yet tested Scuba Manager with a screen reader or other assistive technology. We plan to do so and will update this statement with the results.

Known limitations

  • Schedule and calendar views: the complex schedule and calendar grids may not be fully usable with a screen reader. If you need help with a booking or schedule task, contact us and we will help you complete it another way.
  • Legal pages: our Terms, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum and this statement are available in English only.

Feedback and contact

If you find an accessibility barrier, or need information in a different format, please email support@scuba-manager.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology you use.

We will reply within 5 working days. If a fix takes longer, we will tell you what we plan to do and when.

If you are not satisfied

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to raise the matter with the competent public authority in Greece responsible for accessibility requirements for products and services.

Date and review

This statement was prepared on 24 October 2026, based on the review described above. We will review it by 24 April 2027, or sooner after the screen-reader audit or any significant change to Scuba Manager.
